What to put in the note

Other contact pages ask for a budget dropdown and a required phone. Ours does not. These four details get a useful reply.

    If a site already exists, send it. A screenshot of a homepage is less useful than the address the warehouse already uses.

    The platform

    Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, PrestaShop, or not sure. That one word changes the first questions we ask.

  3. 03

    The system behind it

    Warehouse, ERP, EDI, 3PL, QuickBooks — or none yet. We integrate the tools you already run. We are not an ERP vendor.

  4. 04

    What is breaking

    Inventory lies, checkout fails, a migration is overdue, or you need a portal. One sentence is enough.

The live URL if you have one, the platform (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress), and the system that has to stay in sync — warehouse, ERP, EDI, or none yet. A sentence about what is breaking is more useful than a brief.
Do you work with businesses outside Chicago?
Yes. We are based in Chicago, Illinois. Portfolio stores run from Toronto to Minnesota. Chicago clients simply get the same team in the same time zone.
