Systems, not a storefront theme
WMS, EDI, and ERP connections for your storefront
WMS, EDI, ERP, and punchout catalogs so Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce matches inventory, price lists, and purchase orders you already run. We connect those systems. We do not sell them.
Problem → system class → what we write
Named ERP, EDI, and WMS scopes stay in discovery.
| The problem | System class | What we write |
|---|---|---|
| Site stock disagrees with the shelf | WMS / 3PL | Inventory feed, reservations, ship confirmation. We do not sell a WMS. |
| Retailer POs arrive as EDI documents | EDI | Maps, acknowledgements, error queue. We build the connector, not the VAN. |
| Price lists live in accounting | ERP / accounting | Price and order sync. We do not replace NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks. |
| Buyer orders from their procurement system | Punchout (cXML / OCI) | Live catalog session; the cart returns as a purchase order. |
Documents that have to move
What is live vs what can wait on a nightly job is the first decision. The codes below are the usual trading-partner set — not a promise we already mapped yours.
01 · 850 / ORDERS
Purchase order
Inbound from a trading partner or punchout cart.
02 · 855
Acknowledgement
What you can actually fill — not a silent accept.
03 · 856 / ASN
Ship notice
What left the dock, so the site stops promising it.
04 · 810 / INVOIC
Invoice
What accounting already considers billed.
Punchout catalogs
A punchout catalog is a live store a buyer opens from Ariba, Coupa, or another procurement system, then sends the cart back as a purchase order. Use that phrase, not bare “punchout.” We build cXML / OCI sessions on your catalog.
3PL work shows up the same way: the warehouse is someone else’s building, and the site still has to tell the truth about what can ship.
What we will not sell you
- A WMS, a manufacturing ERP, or an EDI VAN.
- A dealer-portal login dressed up as punchout.
- Magento extensions. Those are at toweringmedia.com.
Magento is the usual catalog. Shopify and WooCommerce when that is what you have. Call (773) 466-2454.
Questions
- Do you sell a warehouse management system?
- No. We connect your Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce store to the WMS, ERP, or 3PL you already use. That is custom software, not a packaged WMS.
- Do you sell manufacturing ERP software?
- No. We are not Plex, NetSuite, or SAP. Manufacturing ERP is the system you already paid for. We make the storefront respect its inventory, pricing, and orders.
- What is EDI integration in this context?
- Trading-partner documents — purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices — moving between your store or ERP and a retailer or distributor without a spreadsheet in the middle. We build the connector. We are not an EDI network vendor.
- What is a punchout catalog?
- A punchout catalog lets a buyer shop your live store from inside their procurement system (cXML / OCI) and send the cart back for approval. It is not a timeclock login and not an OEM dealer-portal page.
- Is this a Magento extension?
- No. Integrations are a Chicago Web service. Off-the-shelf Magento modules are sold at toweringmedia.com.
- Which storefronts do you connect?
- Magento is the usual stack for these catalogs. Shopify and WooCommerce when that is what you run. The integration layer is custom either way.
